Maintenance, Repair, and Use of Equipment After taking possession of the equipment, renter shall maintain the equipment in good operating order and in the same condition and appearance as when rented. All flat tires are the responsibility of the renter. Cost of repair is on renter. If a tire needs to be replaced due to a manufacturer’s defect, renter will pay for new tire and get reimbursed upon return of trailer with valid receipt.
Toll Charges, Tickets, Etc. Renter shall be responsible for all traffic, parking fees, or toll bills. This amount will be taken from security deposit or charged on credit card on file.
Damage to Equipment Renter shall be responsible for all damage to the equipment other than normal wear.
Security Deposit. Renter shall remit the amount of $250.00 as a security deposit prior to taking possession of equipment. Upon return of equipment, the security deposit shall be refunded less and deductions for repair or amounts due.
